(Immediate Relatives & Family Based)

Is your permanent residence in Greece?

• YES - Please file your I-130 (PDF 201 KB) petition with USCIS in Athens at http://athens.usembassy.gov/visa/uscis
• NO - You are required to file your petition in the U.S. Please read the instruction(PDF 83 KB) for completing the I-130 (PDF 201 KB) for exact details on how and where to file.

I-140 (PDF 200KB): Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker
(Employment Based)

I-360 (PDF 311KB): Petition for Amerasian, Widow(er), or Special Immigrant
(Survivor Benefits and Employment Based: Special Immigrants)

DS-117 (PDF 296.1KB): Application to Determine Returning Resident Status
