Embassy Shares Holiday Cheer with Kids in Greece
U.S. Embassy officers traveled to American Corners in Sparti, Athens, and Piraeus to share a special holiday presentation, called"Celebrating the Holiday Season in the U.S," with elementary school kids. The children enthusiastically learned about all the different cultures in the U.S. their different holiday traditions. They talked about differences between Greek and American celebrations and participated in interactive sing-alongs.
