Embassy Opens Visa Information Call Center

The United States Embassy is pleased to announce the opening today of a non-immigrant visa call center. Anyone thinking of applying for a visa or wanting visa information, can either check the Embassy web site, or call one of the following numbers:
From a fixed land line: 90-11-230-730
From mobile phones:
- Cosmote: 901-200-6313
- Vodafone: 901-694-6313
- TIM: 901-160-6313
The center will accept calls from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. every day except Greek holidays. A small fee will apply for these phone calls, but the center guarantees that every call will be answered in three rings or less.
For emergencies such as deaths or serious injuries, please dial 210-721-2951 from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. For emergencies outside of working hours, please call 210-729-4301 or 210-729-4444. Anyone outside of Greece should call these numbers as well, or check the Embassy web site.
