Souda Bay Firefighters to Rescue
06/30/2009 - On June 30 a large fire brush threatened local residences and an Hellenic Army installation's fuels area. NSA responded after receiving urgent request for assistance from local Greek officials.

Ministers Meet in Corfu
06/28/2009 - Key agreements on Greece's admission to the U.S. Visa Waiver program were signed on Sunday, June 28 by Greek Foreign Minister Bakoyiannis and U.S. Deputy Secretary of State James Steinberg, who met on the margins of the OSCE informal ministerial and NATO-Russia Council session held on the island of Corfu.
