Hours of Operation

The Non-immigrant Visa Section remains closed the last Wednesday of each month and these U.S. and Greek Holidays.
Access to the Visa Section is by appointment only.

The call center, which provides services to the non-immigrant visa applicant, will accept phone calls from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. every day except Greek holidays. A small fee will apply for these phone calls, but the center guarantees that every call will be answered in three rings or fewer.  The charge will be 1.19 euro per minute for landline phone calls and 1.52 euro per minute for mobile phone calls.
Callers scheduling an appointment to apply for a Non-immigrant Visa
Are required to furnish:

  • the full name of the visa applicant as written in his/her passport;
  • day phone in Greece;
  • mobile phone in Greece; and
  • e-mail address if available.
