Embassy Hosts Reception for Anti-TIP Art Exhibit
As part of National Slavery and Human Trafficking Prevention Month, Ambassador Daniel B. Smith and his wife Diane Smith hosted a reception to highlight anti-Trafficking in Person (TIP) efforts via the arts and other media. The event -- which was attended by diplomats, government officials, prominent educators, and civil society and business leaders -- included displays of anti-TIP art works and posters, videos, and a performance by a hip hop group dedicated to fighting trafficking.
